All medical interpreters are screened for healthcare terminology, confidentiality awareness and scenario-based accuracy before assignment.
Can you help with mental health sessions?
Yes. We have trauma-aware interpreters experienced with counselling, CAMHS and psychology appointments, following strict neutrality.
Is this service GDPR / confidentiality compliant?
