How we handle reviews
We don't run a private testimonials page with copy we've written ourselves. Every review shown above is pulled directly from our Google Business Profile via the Google Places API. We can't edit, hide or reorder individual reviews on this page: what you see is what's on our public Google listing, in the same order Google returns it.
If a review flags something that went wrong, we treat it the same as a direct complaint: we follow up with the client and fix what's fixable. That's laid out in the escalation section on /how-we-work/. If the reviewer wants us to check that a certified translation they're holding is genuine, we point them at step 5 of the process, which explains how tatkowski.co.uk/validate works.
Nothing on this page is anonymised: every review carries the reviewer's Google display name and posting date exactly as Google publishes them. If a reviewer prefers to be anonymous, they contact Google directly to adjust their profile; we can't (and shouldn't be able to) rewrite anyone else's name on their behalf.
Holding one of our certified translations? Verify it here.
Any receiving authority (a UKVI caseworker, a Home Office officer, a court clerk, a university admissions office, an employer, a solicitor) can independently check that a certified translation carrying a TIR- reference is genuine. Enter the reference (or scan the QR on the document itself) at tatkowski.co.uk/validate. You get a confirmation of document type, language pair and issue date without having to trust the applicant.
This is the counterpart to what the reviews above tell you: reviews describe how the process felt; validation confirms the specific document in front of you is real.
